And finally, the valley itself….

… in full bloom! The glacier in the background is the main source of the stream we saw earlier, and the primary water supply for the entire valley.

Some assorted macro shots of flowers we saw in the valley. Quite a few different species, but nowhere close to the 54 claimed by the board.

The valley is, quite literally, the happy hunting grounds for bees.
